WHERE IS LIVE AT THE STATION?

Live At The Station is moving! We'll now be located at the Hearne Municipal Airport in Hearne, TX, just 35 minutes outside of College Station!

WHAT IS THIS EVENT?

Live At the Station is an annual event celebrating the best Music, Bull Riding, Food, Drinks and the Texas sky!

WILL WE HAVE OUR IDS CHECKED?

For the safety of all our attendees, County Sheriff Deputies and Police Officers will enforce all local, state, and federal laws. Under 21 and Over 21 will be wristbanded in different colors.

CAN WE BUY TICKETS AT THE GATE?

If tickets are not sold out in advance, yes!

MAY I LEAVE AND COME BACK?

No, re-entry is not allowed.

DOES MY BAG/PURSE HAVE TO BE TRANSPARENT?

No, but all bags may be subject to search at the security team’s discretion upon entry.

WILL THERE BE FOOD OPTIONS?

Well you can't day drink without some great food! Yes, there will be food options! More details to come!

WILL I BE ABLE TO BUY BEVERAGES?

Yes. Beer, wine, liquor, soft drinks, and water will be available all day inside the venue!

Outside food or beverage
Tents or umbrellas

Chains/chain wallets
Fireworks
Flags
Professional cameras, video cameras, or audio recording devices

Please adhere to these guidelines and avoid bringing these prohibited items to the festival to ensure the well-being and comfort of all attendees. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

What is the refund policy on ticket purchases?

All sales are non-refundable. Service Fees are non-refundable. If the event cancels, the price of your ticket will be refunded, but the service fees are non-refundable.
